The Role:
As the Head of Account Management, you will oversee a team of Account Managers and play a pivotal role in managing high-level client relationships, driving strategic growth, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for setting account management strategies, leading your team to meet revenue targets, and ensuring smooth operational coordination across the group. Remote work is available for candidates based in Malta, Cyprus, or Marbella.
About You:
You will have significant experience in account management, including team leadership and a strong background in payments or banking within B2B fintech or iGaming sectors. You are adept at managing complex client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving results. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to implement strategic account plans and foster team development.
