Our client a Tier one operator globally is looking for a Head of CRM Intelligence to ideally work out of their Canada office. This role is to establish and lead an intelligence function that analyses award spending and optimises campaign effectiveness whilst offering data driven insights.

Duties include

 
  • Ideate analysis approach and lead monitoring of the overall ROI of CRM initiatives and spend, including but not limited to promotional/bonus spend, across campaign types and efforts
  • Help define the target state of the ongoing transformation of the existing CRM function throughout 2025, helping create new teams, functions and roles required to achieve it
  • Identify and prioritize needs for critical predictive data models required to inform campaign automation around player journeys, and lead development of them in partnership with Data Science teams
  • Regularly update different stakeholders, including CRM and Country leaders, with the precise information and insights to enable thought partnering and executive decision making.
