My client, one of the big names in the iGaming industry, is currently looking for a skilled Head of Workforce Management & Business Intelligence to join their dynamic team in Romania.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee Workforce Management and Business Intelligence teams (30 team members), ensuring efficient staffing, scheduling, and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement policies, strategies, and tools to optimize workforce operations and meet organizational objectives.
- Analyze trends in workforce data to provide insights and improvements, and report regularly to senior management.
- Manage budgets, training initiatives, and performance, promoting best practices across the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies with broader business goals.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Romanian labor laws; iGaming or Live Casino experience is beneficial but not required.
