Job Summary:

As an In-Play Sports Trader, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing in-play sports betting markets to ensure a competitive and engaging sportsbook experience for our customers. You will collaborate with various teams to stay abreast of industry trends, monitor live sports events, and make real-time decisions to maximize trading performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Monitoring and Analysis:

• Monitor live sports events, analyze market trends, and assess relevant information to make informed trading decisions.
• React quickly to changing market conditions and adjust odds accordingly to manage risk and exposure.

Risk Management:

• Implement risk management strategies to ensure the sportsbook's profitability and mitigate potential losses.
• Utilize trading tools and software to monitor and manage exposure, taking corrective actions as necessary.

Live Event Coverage:

• Provide in-play coverage for a variety of sports, including but not limited to football, basketball, baseball, and soccer.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring timely updates and adjustments.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the trading team, oddsmakers, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
• Communicate effectively with team members to share insights and contribute to a cohesive trading strategy.

Customer Engagement:

• Stay customer-focused and provide an exceptional in-play betting experience by offering competitive odds and a wide range of betting options.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to in-play markets promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
