An established iGaming company is looking to hire a Legal and Compliance Manager to set up the function.
Based in Tbilisi, Georgia this role will require a Qualified Lawyer with previous iGaming expertise.
Duties will cover;
Corporate Legal Matters
Contracts negotiation and review
Third party supplier agreements
Governance Reporting
Data Protection matters
AML/KYC processes and review
Compliance -licensing, regulatory matters, audits
This is a brand new entity set up and strong salary package is available.
