My client is a fast growing Crypto Casino & Sportsbook and is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager!

You will be pivotal in transforming the marketing strategy into impactful execution. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless execution of the company's marketing strategy.

Your role is dynamic, blending strategic oversight with hands-on management to ensure that every initiative delivers measurable results. You’ll oversee multiple marketing channels, unify team efforts, and lead diverse projects to elevate our brand while driving player acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Player Acquisition and Engagement: Manage marketing initiatives that attract new players, build brand loyalty, and foster long-term engagement. Focus on innovative strategies and personalised campaigns to create a compelling experience for our audience.
  • Strategic Execution: Translate the CMO’s marketing vision into detailed, actionable plans. Work closely with him to align campaign objectives with broader business goals, ensuring consistency and impact across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimisation: Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns across SEO, social media, paid media, KOL collaborations, affiliate partnerships, and brand ambassador programs. Ensure every campaign is on schedule, within budget, and delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Team Coordination and Collaboration: Act as the bridge between internal teams and external partners. Foster collaboration and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and deliverables.

  • Brand Growth and Innovation: Contribute to the growth of our brand by identifying unique opportunities to stand out in the crowded crypto gambling space. Develop campaigns that resonate with players and position us as a trusted leader in the industry.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track campaign performance, player acquisition metrics, and engagement rates. Use insights to refine strategies, enhance targeting, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Problem Solving and Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies or challenges in campaign execution and implement solutions to streamline processes. Continuously improve workflows to enhance productivity and campaign effectiveness.

 
Required Qualifications

  • Proven Marketing Expertise: A minimum of 7 years in digital marketing or a similar role, with demonstrated success in managing and executing largescale marketing campaigns.

  • Experience in crypto and/or gaming industries, as well as a strong understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.

  • In-depth understanding of key marketing channels, including SEO, social media, paid media, affiliate marketing, and KOL partnerships.

  • Extensive experience with digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition/retention strategies specific to crypto and/or online gaming.
     

  • Project ManagementA proven track record of managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and deliver measurable results.

  • Team Management: Hands-on experience in managing a team of marketing professionals. Ability to set goals, track performance, and foster a collaborative and motivated team culture.

  • Performance-Driven Mindset: Experience in tracking KPIs, analysing performance, and optimising campaigns to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

  • Industry Insights: A solid grasp of the cryptocurrency and/or gaming ecosystem.

  • Awareness of compliance and regulatory considerations within the gambling and crypto industry.


Tools & Platforms Expertise

  • Analytics Platforms: Proficiency in analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.

  • Ad Management: Experience managing campaigns through traditional and non traditional advertising platforms.

  • Automation and CRM Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRMs to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.

  • Data Visualization: Comfort using visualisation tools to present performance insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
