Position Overview:

The Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager is responsible for high-profile collaborations and large-scale partnerships that elevate the brand's global presence.
This role focuses on securing strategic agreements with top-tier influencers, brand ambassadors, sports teams, leagues, and major events. By leveraging market insights, negotiation expertise, and integrated campaign planning, the Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager ensures that these headline partnerships deliver strong brand equity, broad audience reach, and measurable ROI.

  • Identify and prioritize high-value partnerships, including renowned sports personalities, large-scale influencers, marquee leagues, and event sponsorships that align with the brand's values and strategic goals.

  • Establish evaluation criteria for selecting opportunities based on brand synergy, potential ROI, and market impact.

Major Influencer & Ambassador Management:

  • Engage with top-tier influencers and ambassadors to secure brand endorsement deals.

  • Negotiate contracts, manage deliverables, and provide creative direction to ensure consistent, authentic representation of the brand's identity.

Event & Sports Sponsorship Activation:

  • Identify and coordinate sponsorships with sports teams, tournaments, and entertainment events that enhance brand visibility in key regions.

  • Integrate sponsorship activations—such as branded merchandise, VIP experiences, and co-branded content—into broader brand narratives.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and social teams to develop integrated campaigns that feature these premier partnerships.

  • Oversee content production timelines, ensuring quality and brand compliance at every stage.

Brand Alignment & Compliance:

  • Guarantee all partnership and sponsorship activities align with brand standards, messaging, and responsible gaming principles.

  • Work closely with Brand Compliance & Governance to meet industry regulations and cultural sensitivities.

Performance Tracking & Analytics:

  • Define KPIs (brand awareness, engagement, conversion, sentiment) and regularly measure campaign performance against these benchmarks.

  • Present insights, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, optimizing future investments in high-profile collaborations.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sponsorship management, high-level influencer partnerships, or strategic brand collaborations, preferably with global consumer-facing brands.

  • Proven negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to guide decision-making.

  • Deep understanding of the sports, gaming, and entertainment landscapes, with cultural adaptability in international markets.
