Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse transaction performance to identify and resolve issues.
- Optimise payment processes to improve efficiency and success rates.
- Oversee payment activities across all clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports using Excel for data analysis and trend tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement payment solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of the payments industry.
- Prior experience with a casino or payments company is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
