• Location: on site in São Paulo, Brazil - CTL contract

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for payment product offerings in designated markets, setting clear objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product and other PMs to create & maintain a product roadmap.
• Lead the design and development of new payment features, focusing on the preferences of the target audience.
• Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the payment offerings, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide operational direction for information systems and technology.

 

Required Qualifications

• Experience with payments is mandatory and if possible with PIX.
• Proven track record in product management, utilizing best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Comprehensive understanding of the product management lifecycle, agile, and lean methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and build strong relationships with others.
• Proficiency in English.
