Role Overview:
The Product Manager – Marketing will oversee bonuses, promotions, and third-party marketing integrations, driving strategy and execution to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage product features and development in line with the strategic roadmap.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to optimize products.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Drive initiatives across teams to ensure effective implementation.
- Regularly communicate and update the product roadmap to stakeholders.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in product management, segmentation, loyalty programs, and promotions.
- Background in B2B or B2C gaming industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of customer engagement tools and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
