Senior Affiliate Manager (Indian market) - Tbilisi, Georgia.

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager specialising in the Indian market to spearhead our affiliate marketing efforts. This critical role focuses on developing and expanding our affiliate network to drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will manage existing affiliate relationships, onboard new partners, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is a seasoned affiliate marketing professional with deep iGaming industry knowledge, a strong network of affiliates, and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Program Leadership: Oversee and manage the affiliate program, including recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing high-performing affiliates.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates to foster loyalty and drive sustained performance.
• Optimize Performance: Analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify trends, improve campaign effectiveness, and maximize ROI.
• Negotiate Agreements: Negotiate competitive commission structures and terms with affiliates to attract top-tier partners.
• Strategic Campaign Design: Plan and execute data-driven affiliate marketing strategies that align with company objectives and market regulations.
• Ensure Compliance: Monitor affiliate activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide stakeholders with detailed performance reports and actionable insights to inform decision-making.
• Monitor Industry Trends: Stay updated on affiliate marketing best practices, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in affiliate marketing, with at least 2 years in the iGaming sector in the Indian market.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking systems (e.g., Income Access, HasOffers) and analytics tools.
• Affiliate Network: Proven experience working with and managing a network of affiliates in the iGaming industry.
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Key Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
