We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in managing SaaS environments, especially focused on Microsoft 365 and device management solutions.
This role is 100% remote. 

Must-Haves:

  • Microsoft 365 Expertise: Central to all operations.
  • Device Management: Experience with Microsoft Intune for managing Windows devices. Familiarity with macOS MDM solutions like JamfPro.
  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in macOS (80% of our devices), Windows, and Linux (preferred but not essential).
  • SaaS and IaaS Knowledge: Experience with SaaS products like Teams, Slack, Zoom, and Office 365.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to run and manage IT projects.
  • Automation: Experience in automating deployment processes for user onboarding/offboarding.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with device management and automation tools.
  • Understanding of SaaS and IaaS environments.
Experience:
  • Running IT projects and managing SaaS applications.
  • Automating IT processes and deploying infrastructure solutions.
  • Working in regulated spaces like insurance, banking, or financial services (preferably in fintech).
Nice-to-Haves:
  • API integration experience for automation processes.
  • Knowledge of Kandji for macOS device management.
  • Experience in managing network infrastructure, including firewalls and Wi-Fi.
Critical Projects:
  • Immediate focus on managing Microsoft Entra SSO (formerly Azure AD).
  • Overseeing device management with Intune and potentially learning Kandji.
  • Automating network management and improving internal networks.
Infrastructure Overview
  • No On-Premise Infrastructure
  • Server-less Environment: Utilizes SaaS products for all operations, no on-premise infrastructure.
  • SaaS Focus: Managing software updates, device management, and automation processes.
  • SSO Management: Implementing and managing single sign-on solutions to streamline user access and enhance security.
