My client is hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager to be responsible for managing and optimising partnerships with affiliate marketing partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program.

You will actively engage and deepen the relationships with sports betting and iGaming Affiliates.  Have a thorough understanding of the affiliates’ key staff and business in order for the Affiliate Relationships to deliver maximum value through company events, content and networking opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a experience from the betting and igaming industry, with a focus on either customer service and/or account management, be driven by building relationships, and understand how to share relevant information and asking the right questions. You will have strong organisational skills and be able to work with a large database of affiliate accounts and contacts.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall affiliate and affiliate leaders strategy and derived initiatives.

  • Build and maintain the best possible relationships with your key affiliate accounts with the aim to maximise the value of those relationships across our events, conference, media and advisory business.

  • Build and maintain detailed profiles for each affiliate account in the CRM System, with knowledge of the key contacts in all functions.

  • Consistently utilise the company CRM system keeping up to date information and records of affiliate contacts and communications

  • Work with these affiliate relationships to ensure strong participation and attendance at all the relevant company events.

  • Work with the Conference Team to identify potential and relevant speakers among your key affiliate accounts, and assist with input into conference agendas.

  • Work with the Marketing Team to ensure that affiliate attendee lists can be published on event websites.

  • Work with the Sales Team around initiatives such as matchmaking with suppliers / sponsors and commercial strategies to sell to operators and affiliates interested in the company's products and services.

  • Work with Media journalists and editors to identify opportunities to engage key affiliate accounts in media coverage, with an eye to providing value to the affiliates while generating compelling editorial content.

  • Ensure key affiliate accounts have a great experience at events and gather feedback following an event which needs to be captured and communicated effectively.


About You - Must requirements:

  • Experience with sports betting and igaming industry

  • Experience in account management and/or customer service or relationship building.

  • Experience working with CRM systems or an understanding of CRM best practices

  • The ability to communicate confidently, both through speaking and writing with clients at all levels of an organisation, as well as with your colleagues.


It would be nice if you had:

  • Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese

  • Established affiliate network and contacts within the sports betting and igaming industry
