Senior Manager - Audit & Assurance

A growing CSP are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Audit & Assurance team, manage a diverse client portfolio, and support the Director of Audit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Supervise audit teams, providing guidance throughout the audit process.
• Foster strong client relationships, holding meetings to discuss audit findings.
• Ensure audit projects are properly resourced, within budget, and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with directors to optimize the client portfolio and manage client fee discussions.
• Stay updated on accounting and auditing standards.
• Participate in recruitment and staff development activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACCA or UoM qualified.
• At least 4 years’ senior-level audit experience.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAPSME, and ISAs.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Advanced MS Excel skills;
