Senior Product Manager (PAM).

A growing, fully remote and US facing PAM business are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of thier PAM system. This role focuses on enhancing player engagement, ensuring compliance, and optimizing user experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the PAM system strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritize and develop features that improve player retention and engagement.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and users.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security measures.
• Optimize user experience through testing and feedback.

Desired Experience:

• 5+ years in iGaming product management, with a focus on PAM systems.
• Strong knowledge of player acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into product improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies, CRM systems, and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of payment processing and fraud prevention in iGaming.
