Role Overview: As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex technical projects in the social sports gaming space. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, manage project execution, and streamline workflows.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Oversee project timelines, risks, and progress from start to finish.
• Implement standardized workflows and templates to optimize processes.
• Support development teams with technical and operational guidance.
• Resolve team challenges, ensuring short-term and long-term improvements.
• Manage workflows using tools like Confluence, Jira, and Slack.

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in social gaming or sports betting.
• Solid understanding of sports gaming products, market trends, and regulations.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development and architecture.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
