My client is a growing crypto/Web 3 casino and is looking for an experienced VIP Manager to join their team in London.
Role Summary
As VIP Manager, you will own and execute the VIP strategy, managing a portfolio of high-value players across multiple regions. You’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships, identifying opportunities to boost lifetime value, and delivering tailored campaigns and rewards to ensure elite customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration – Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and support teams to align on VIP goals, campaigns, and service improvements.
Reporting & KPIs – Track key metrics including retention rate, lifetime value (LTV), average revenue per user (ARPU), churn.
Requirements
Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in a VIP or Account Manager role in the iGaming sector
Experience with Crypto & Web3 gaming platform.
High Emotional Intelligence – Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to connect with players from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Analytical Mindset – Experience using CRM tools, player segmentation, and analytics platforms to inform decision-making.
Communication Excellence – Fluent written and verbal English (additional languages a bonus).
Flexible & Resilient – Comfortable working in a high-paced, start-up environment. Willing to work non-standard hours (VIPs never sleep!).
