VP of Operations (Live Casino).

We are seeking a VP of Live Casino Operations to lead a growing and dynamic live casino business in Bulgaria. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing operational strategies, ensuring high-quality player experiences, and driving scalability and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Oversee Directors of Line Operations, Gaming Operations, and Facilities Management.

• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency and innovation.

• Integrate cutting-edge technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure smooth and high-quality live casino operations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold industry compliance standards.

• Maintain hands-on involvement in daily operations and strategic oversight.

People & Culture Management:

• Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and collaboration.

• Mentor senior leaders and advocate for operational teams at the executive level.

• Enhance employee engagement and retention.

Financial & Risk Management:

• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for live casino operations.

• Track and optimize financial performance while ensuring cost efficiency.

• Develop crisis management and business continuity plans.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships with marketing, product, and technology teams.

• Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience leading large-scale gaming or casino operations.

• Proven ability to scale high-performance teams.

• Strong strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

• Experience overseeing technical projects and process improvements.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
