Job Description: As the Head of Business Intelligence (BI) in the iGaming industry, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data analytics to drive insights, optimize processes, and enhance overall business performance. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing BI strategies that align with the company's objectives and contribute to its long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive BI roadmap that supports the company's strategic initiatives and business objectives. Lead a team of BI analysts and data scientists to design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions and data visualizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, finance, and operations, to identify key performance metrics and data requirements. Drive the collection, aggregation, and analysis of data from multiple sources, including customer behavior, operational metrics, and market trends. Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives to optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of business processes and initiatives using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI and data analytics, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the company's competitive advantage. Establish and maintain robust data governance practices, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience managing and mentoring a team of BI analysts and data scientists. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Familiarity with cloud-based BI platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines.
