Head of Customer Success Manager -  B2B iGaming  This role can be based anywhere in the UK  Lead an international team  Market leading B2B supplier Manage and develop a portfolio of T1 operators  Reputable business, recognised as providing innovative state of the arts games Dynamic fast paced environment  This company is a global technology and software company that specialises in the development and supply of casino and sports related games to the online gambling industry.  It is recognised for its ongoing innovation and industry excellence. It delivers state-of-the-art products and solutions to leading gaming operators around the world. It boasts that it offers the largest and most competitive portfolio of titles within a particular sector.  Based anywhere in the UK and reporting to the CEO, you will be an integral part of this international business. Managing a team of customer success managers dotted around the globe, you will also be responsible for managing and developing some of the biggest gaming operators on the planet!  The person in the role will focus on managing, mentoring and leading the team towards driving value for customers.  Candidates will need to be based in the UK and have solid B2B account management experience of T1 clients as well as people management experience. Ideally casino games & sports betting related experience would be preferred, candidates with casino games experience will also be considered.
