Head of Product (Onboarding).

An innovative and highly effective Remote business in the Gaming ecosystem is looking to add a head of Product to drive the seamless onboarding experience for their Users while ensuring compliance with AML and KYC regulations. This innovative enterprise currently caters to the North American and European markets and endeavors to extend its reach to non-English speaking markets. In this role you will lead a team responsible for user journey flows, focusing on new user conversion rates and payment success metrics. 
This role is an ideal place for a Data-Driven, Front End Product professional who is looking to work on the cutting edge of Gaming content. 

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the development and execution of the onboarding strategy, ensuring a frictionless and compliant experience for users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, and operations to define product requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• You will be responsible for: % new user conversion, % successful payments, and cost of payments.
• Utilize data analytics to track user journey flows, identify pain points, and optimize conversion rates and payment success metrics.
• Mentor and support a team of product managers and analysts, fostering their professional growth and development.
