Trading Manager.

A growing and innovative B2B Trading solutions provider are opening a brand-new Trading function in South East Asia and are looking for the right Senior Trading Professional to be the first boots they have on the ground. In this role you will be accountable for the performance and operations of all sportsbook tasks in all sports across hours of site operation. 
In this role you need to be well versed in all aspects of sports betting and ensure that the team adheres to company processes and balance efficiency with productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure that operation of all matches and markets across Pre-match, In Play, Futures and Props is performed with the necessary discipline. 
• Product should be maximized without necessary overloading system with content that has no customer interest. 
• Ensure team is operating with minimal errors and is knowledgeable of the sports they are trading. 
• Trading Manager should have some perspective on commercial aspects of the business and be able to communicate with other functions of the business effectively. 

Key requirements:

• The willingness and abilities to work in and build out a South East Asian trading function. 
• Extensive Trading experience, some as a Senior member of a Team. 
• Extensive knowledge of Trading markets and industry trends.  
• Capable of both detailed analysis and Strategic thinking.
